Ich nur jedem davon abraten diesen Service zu beauftragen. Warum? Ich war nicht der Aufraggeber, sondern der Empfänger eines Pakets im Wert von ca. 140€, welches vom Versender in Italien aufgegeben wurde. Das Paket wurde mir nie zugestellt, da es nachweislich an einen anderen Empfänger in Deutschland geliefert wurde. Ecoparcel war nicht in der Lage den Verbleib zu klären, bzw. die Ware dort abzuholen und mir ordnungsgemäß zuzustellen. Geld ist nun Weg. Kommunikation nur über das Portal, keinerlei Telefonnummer oder Hotline Kontakt zu finden. Ist wohl bewusst so gemacht, um Kundenanrufe und direkte Nachfragen zu vermeiden. Tickets / Anfragen wurden von den Bearbeitern nicht beantwortet oder sofort wieder auf "Solved / closed" gesetzt, nachdem ich versucht hatte diese wieder zu öffnen und das Thema voranzutreiben. So etwas habe ich noch nie im Geschäftsleben erlebt. Das Verhalten von Ecoparcel grenzt schon an strafrechtliche Themen, nur belangen kann man das Unternehmen wohl nur sehr schwer, da Kontakt und Kommunikation (in Englisch) fast unmöglich ist und bewusst geblockt / ignoriert wird. Man kommt sich als "Kunde" ?? echt hilflos vor. Dies ist mir in meinem bisherigen Geschäftsleben so noch nicht untergekommen.

Mi valoración es baja. Tardaron, en el últmo envío 2 días y medio en efectuar la recogida y nunca saben cuándo van a pasar. Se limitan a decir que pasarán de 8 a 18h. Son 10 horas de "secuestro", cuando lo habitual en Tpte son 2 horas, tampoco indican la fecha en que pasarán. Sería más fácil si dieran un término horario menor y la fecha real en la que pasarán, esto agilizaría el trámite y no perjudicaría ls planes personales y profesionales.

I have used ecoparcel couple of times now and received through it as well. A friend had suggested it and I think it is the best value for money service that exists out there, specially when you are not in rush to send the parcels and they can take couple of days extra. This is also a good way to be green and eco friendly and use up the free space. highly recommended.

I made the parcel booking online. The process was fast and efficient. The prices are very competitive compared to other carriers!! They also offer 5 euro discount on the first order. The order was picked up as planned, with no delay and I could keep track of the parcel through the website. I totally recomment Ecoparcel! Super satisfied, thank you.
