I really like this service, this is actually the third time I've been using it. It reasonably priced and reliable.

My boxes are on the way, yesterday were picked up. The process was very easy and I got an answer very fast! Just one thing: the deliver man didn't know about the weight and volume, so he had to carry by himself. As everything is online, may be you should advise the workers before the pick up. Thank you!

Plazos cumplidos, la mercancía llegó en buenas condiciones. Por mi parte solo mejoraría el poder concretar el horario de recogida/entrega en mañana o tarde, ya que no siempre es posible tener a alguien a disposición de 8am a 6pm, salvo eso, gran servicio, muy contenta, de verdad.

Ecoparcel is a scam! It's been 4 months for me to lose my suitcase, I have made continuous complaints by submitting receipts for money repayment, I sent a receipt with a receipt and I rejected it. Do not you think it's a scam? It's not a serious business!

Excellent service, as usual! I have been using Ecoparcel for 4 years now, 100% reliable and very fast!

Despite making the account and receiving the discount, the final price was higher than one quoted on the website anyway... It changed on the 3rd step or so and that was it. The parcel was sent 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived, there has been no status update for over a week and there is NO WAY to contact the company... The e-mail is a 'no-reply' one and if you click 'contact' on the page you can choose from some irrelevant FAQs, but no way to ask anybody any question or enquire about the status of your parcel. I'm still waiting and I just hope it won't disappear together with my money....
