helpful Customer Service, fast international shipping (monday pick up in south Italy - Friday deliver in north Holland), good value for money. The only drawback is that insurance covers only a limited number of items, but thats fair with the price i would say.

Lost my parcel, stop responding Ecoparcel lost my parcel, and completely stopped responding to my mails. They refunded me the shipment costs, but this is not even a fraction of the value I sent. Claims policy is a complete scam: I even purchased the extra insurance, but you can only claim reimbursement if you have complete invoices for all the things you sent. They were personal things, books, toys and clothes, some memorabilia, that have been with us for years - of course we don't have invoices for them. So our things were lost, and we get nothing back. I would caution against using this company, or know exactly what risk you're taking

Excellent service and driver

Pick up should be within the next day after ordering. Now it is 2 days after order, which is a considerable delay. Please look for possibilities to pick up the day after.

I still waiting to find where my parcel is and no one replies to my emails. I can’t even complain and ask for a refund. Disgusting service.
