I am really happy with the service.

My parcel was picked up on September 22 and never delivered to the destination. I reported its loss, they said they would look for it and if it was not found within 9 days, they would send me information for making a claim. It has been 19 days since then, no replies to my email, no money back, package is still lost. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Hello, I think you are a hell of garbage company. My parcel got lost and I had to find it by my self. Thanks GLS in my country who helped me to find my package and bring it to me. You kept placing new orders and sending courier to pick up parcel again, but parcel was already 13 days on its way and got stucked in Hungary. GLS is really serious company but yours is just a joke. I wont use you anymore in my life and will inform users on social links about your customer servise and unserious job you offer to clients. Look like your run this show from some garrage in Lituania, what about some tel. number to call when clients have problems. Or thats to much cost extra???? All the best

Esperé en casa desde el miércoles 25 de Octubre hasta el lunes 30 Octubre a que me recojiesen el paquete. Envié dos correos(25 y 26) y tuve respuesta el 27 diciendo que venían ese día. No vinieron. Vinieron el lunes 30 a las 11 am.

Excellent service, smooth process, everything arrived on time.

Package came fast,order is realy easy to make,but why in Finland delivery is not to door? Commercial is from door to door.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After one week, I have received parcially my order from Italy ( Rome) to Denmark ( Copenhagen). Three parcels are TOTALLY DISAPPEARED and ecoparcel is completely not aware of the situation. They answered after 2 days ( Customer service useless) and they stated that they parcels are been delivered even they are not. ( of course I have all the traking numbers not delivered) If would be nice to be contacted from ecoparcel with more information! Furthermore the parcels arrived, even we followed all the intructions, they were PS I have contacted you again! And I am still waiting for an answer.

Disastrous. The local courier said he would not come on the organized day, as he had “things to do that were more important”then he said we weren’t in when we booked a collection for another day, although we waited in all day. Then the parcel arrived in pieces and our client was very upset. They have no contact number and do not respond to emails for days. Do not use. This company refused our claim for our smashed merchandise, saying we needed to have filled in paperwork at the destination for a claim, how is that possible! Very unprofessional and impossible to contact.
