5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

very poor and unreliable service I was left waiting around and nobody arrived to collect my item or even called, so I made alternative arrangments with a more reliable company. when the courier turned up 3DAYS later he was very abusive to my wife for wasting his time even though he was late and never bothered to call, a very unpleasant experience, particularly for my wife. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

PESSIMO ,HO INIZIATO CAUSA LEGALE! Sono 5 mesi che invio email ed ho anche fatto il reclamo per avere dei soldi, ho tutti i presupposti per agire tramite legali, chi ha interesse possiamo unire le forze e iniziare una class action!

Great service, very fast and effective. They collected my parcel on a Tuesday from UK and by Friday it was already delivered in Spain. I would highly recommend to use this service.

The site says the parcel has arrived but it has not. Probably delivered to the wrong adress, and there’s no contact phone number, no further information. Moreover there was a person waiting for the parcel the all day and no one has ringed the door bell. The adress is very easy to find, how can a courier not find it? or is it a scam?

Cuando se contrata el envio se indica que la entrega se hara en 2-4 dias laborales, en los 3 envios que he realizado nunca an cumplido desde el dia de la recogida, suelen tardar 6-7 dias. En el ultimo, recogido el martes y estando a viernes, habiendo transcurrido 3 dias todavia se encuentra en Belgica. Me parece que si hay letra pequeña deberian de hacerla mas grande. No me parece mal que tarden teniendo en cuenta que es el servicio mas economico, pero que no indiquen un tiempo que no cumplen para poder organizar el envío de manera mas apropiada y con antelación.
