The worst company I've ever known. They don't reply amy message, there is not communication. Tomorrow they should come to collect three boxes, however in the web in some part tgey said the purchase has been refund, in other that it's still going on... confusimg, liars... is more complex but basically, don't recommended at all

Really bad service, managers are incompetent, doesnt solve anything, my parcel was lost and they just ignore. As we pay money for service, we expect to take responsibility for the mistakes your colleagues does. Really really bad networking.

super long waiting time for collection, waiting already third day,all day as they dont let you know when they are close like other couriers. i shipped a lot of parcels and every time its the same, i m waiting endlessly for collection. few euro cheaper- not worth it, will never use again

Excellence from start to finish. I was let down by a friend who was bringing a gift for the local hospital back from Spain. I found Ecoparcel on the internet and booked the service on line. Good communication ( I opened a few tickets with questions ), fast delivery. As other people have mentioned, for pick up they put a 9-6 time frame. My pick up was at 6 PM sharp so we had to stay at home all day so we don't miss it :(. Would be just easier for everybody if you can narrow down the collection time to just a few hours, not the whole day.
