The only reason that I have not given this service 5 stars is because the customer service and the online tracking let it down. Because the tracking information was incorrect I wasted my money on a very expensive premium rate customer service telephone call, which did not answer and several emails which were answered but far too slowly. In the end the courier did turn up on the day he was supposed to collect and the parcel was delivered in only three days but the tracking was informing me that it had been delivered when it hadn't actually been delivered until later in the day. I know this because I sent the parcel to my daughter.

They kept their word, I received the parcels on time. I must say, though, that everyone box arrive in a bad condition.

I definitely recommend ecoparcel, fastest and cheapest way of sending a parcel! only downside is that you can't know the exact time of pick up or drop off of the parcel, thats why 4out of 5 stars.
