If something goes wrong with the order and you need to cancel it, they keep the money and don't refund you. I'm still waiting for a refund. The policy says 7 working days, that already passed and never seen the money back

I am happy choosing Ecoparcel. I had to ship wine and although company does not take responsibility for such packages, they were very professional and delivered it almost on time, late only couple days! You have my recommendations!

I'm very happy with the service! The pickup was fast and at home! And the delivery just on time, arrived safe and it was much more economic than other services! Totally worth it!

When i had a problem with the time picking and I wrote messages describing it (on Facebook and mail), I received answers on mail after they already picked my parcel and never received answers on Facebook.

I paid for the service, they picked my parcel up and few days latter they returned my parcel to its original place, with a note saying that i ordered a devolution, when i didnt. Send an email to the company and no one replyed. So i still didnt get my money back neither my parcel. Unacceptable experience for me

Since posting a review on trustpilot about Ecoparcel.eu, i was advised by trading standards to send a letter by registered post;setting out my claim for compensation.This letter was to be signed for;eco parcel refused to accept the letter and it was returned by royal mail to me.More than 3 months have elapsed since they admitted they had lost my parcel and yet they have still not instigated my compensation.I am now instigating court proceedings and contacting their insurer;s ombudsman.Not a single contact made since 5th December 2017.All e-mails go ignored and looking on Trustpilot;this appears to be how they treat lots of their customers.Donot use there services,pay a bit more and get a proffesional parcel service.You may get all the parcels you send delivered,instead of the shoddy service i and many others have endured.You have a choice,makethe right one anddont end up hundreds of pounds out of pocket!

Hi I would like to discourage everyone to send their package with Ecopacel. I have booked their service on Saturday 3rd of February. My package was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday 6th of February from Rotterdam (Netherlands) but it was not. I received an email saying that the shipper was absent. However, I know that my friend spent the entire day waiting for someone to collect the package but no one came. I understand that you are not able to provide the exact hours of the pick up and so you oblige someone to stay home for the entire day but please at least DO come or the day that you are supposed to come or provide a contact phone number to Customer Service. I have been trying to contact you for the past two days but without any success. I have even contacted you on FACEBOOK (where you claim to respond within 24 hours) but after waiting 48 hours I still have not got any response.. I am looking forward to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Regards, Sebastian
