Parcel delivered

Recomendado.

all went smooth thank you for great service at fair prices

The shipment arrived opened and with missing contents.

Everything is very good, delivery was fast and accurate. Super!
Merci.

I do have some parcels either coming to Hungary or sent to Portugal. GLS is the usual partner. For collection in Hungary, everything always goes smooth and GLS informs us well. The last time I had a collection in Portugal, GLS never even rang the bell, accused us of misinformation and the support from Ecoparcel is subpar. The answers are too slow, too many intervenients and the message seems to get lost. From Portugal, we only trust directly from UPS now.

Excellent service. Arrived on perfect time, after 3 days

Very good service, it seems suspicious at the begining, but really did the job!
Highly recomended!
