Buenos dias, hice dos envios con vosotros, 1 a huelva con 1 bulto (EKY44K01), y otro a Navarra con 2 vultos (98888718416). Los recogieron a la vez, puse las etiquetas correctamente, pero el de huelva ha llegado a Navarra, y uno de los de Navarra ha llegado a Huelva. Solicito una solucion cuanto antes porque esto me esta suponiendo varios problemas.

Terrible! The pickup date wasn't the one put up on the system, the package got sent late and arrived even later with flaws in the reporting of the collection date and the actual date it got collected. Several items where missing by arrival. There is no proper way to communicate with the customer service. I'm really disappointed and frustrasted as I lost several emotional and monetary valuable items.

fast and accurate service, only flaw is that they do not specify a time for collecting the parcel

The parcel is arrived today. Tomorrow i will check it. Seems to be a fair service !

All the boxes arrived on time but torn and partially broken, and some items, despite being well packed, arrived cracked, with three glasses broken.

Both the pick up and the drop off were extremely easy to arrange. Great communication with both couriers. Really great service! And optimal price-quality ratio

everthing is fine.tracking was good and pickup and sending was very fast.

Very easy to make the order, it was an international shipment and everything was so fast and smooth, after having many troubles with other companies it is so nice to find one that is doing the job properly, I will definitely continue to use their service next times, thank you very much :)
