Unkompliziert, alles geklappt, nur etwas wenig Informationen zum Status. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert und ich habe mein Paket erfolgreich erhalten. Ich wollte ein Paket aus Italien per Kurier abholen lassen und die meisten Anbieter benötigten noch eine zusätzliche Nummer, was hier nicht der Fall war, das war praktisch. Das Einzige was etwas verunsichernd war, dass die Kommunikation recht spärlich war und Änderungen im Status gefühlt nur einmal am Tag aktualisiert wurden. Das hat mich etwas nervös gemacht. Das Paket wurde an GLS weitergeben und auch dort war die Sendungsverfolgungsinformation spärlich. Aber es hat wie gesagt alles einwandfrei geklappt und ich würde das wieder so machen.

​This is not a logistics company; this is an absolute nightmare. Instead of the promised 3–4 days, my package took 15 days, and in the end, it was never even delivered! I paid in full for the Door to Door service, expecting actual professional handling, but instead, I got a brick wall of indifference, ruined nerves, and extra out-of-pocket expenses.
​Here is what your "service" actually looks like:
​Shameless daily lies: Every single day, your support team and useless bot fed me lines like "it will be delivered tomorrow," while nobody lifted a finger. Nobody was ever planning to deliver it!
​A completely useless AI assistant: Your bot is a joke—it knows nothing, solves nothing, and only wastes my time with automated, meaningless spam.
​Customer support is an absolute disgrace: Your live agents are rude, respond once every few days, ghost you, and refuse to do their jobs. Zero help, zero accountability.
​Playing detective: By sheer miracle, through my own hustle with the Italian office, I had to find out myself where my packages were, that your company screwed up internally, and that I was completely on my own.
​Because of your total incompetence and inaction, I was forced to drop everything, travel, and pay out of my own pocket for a cargo taxi just to pick up the items I already paid you to deliver to my door!
​I am not letting this go. I am filing formal complaints everywhere necessary, and I demand a full refund for the "Door to Door" service that you failed to provide. You will refund every cent for this mess and compensate for the extra expenses you forced on me!
