Eco parcel are great.. Collected from doirsterp in Germany and delivered 4 days later to my doorstep in Ireland. Great value for money and very nice staff both on their fb page and on collection and delivery.. Defiantly recommend this service. More offers needed...lol..should try the states too.

Good support when I had collection problems with Spanish agent.

The parcel collection was a bit messy and it ended up being delayed by a day but with help from an amazing costumer service operator named Melissa my parcels were delivered in three working days.

Perfect service, good comunication and coordination between the company making the trasport.

I have shipped numerous packages to England and have had no problems with pick-up/delivery and all parcels have arrived with no damage. Ha enviado muchos paquetes a Reino Unido sin ninguna problema de entrega o despacho y todo los paqutes a llegado sin desperfecto.

Great service at trhe lower price

Follow up was correct, the instructions were clear and the tracking was good. I received my package after 6 days included weekend, so no complaints at all.

I was very happy with the service and the delovery happend after 6 days only I will highly recommend ecoparcel to my friends and i will definetly use it again. I would just suggest to be more precise about the collection time as i had to wait all day for the currier. Other than that, excellent service. Loza from customer service was very efficient. Lucia
