I appreciate your service, but you should have a clear pick up time. I was told the courier would come to collect my luggage from 12:00-3:00 p.m. I don't want to sit idle for three hours waiting for three hours to deliver my package. I think customer should not wait this long to deliver their package. I believe that you should have specific pick up time to save precious time of your customers.

The parcel was colleted and delivered perfectly on time but I expected to be delivered at home and no that I had to go down stairs to pick it up

One of my parcels was delivered a week later than expected.

They collected my package at 6pm on Thursday and I had it on Tuesday (from Poland to Croatia). It wasn't at the destination faster than me, but it was fast any way. :)

I sent two parcel on Friday (03/March) and they have just arrived today to my Spanish town. It was very quick, good service! I highly recommended it! and I will reuse it again!

The service it is good and fast. Even though, when booked, it is not posible to know in advance the  time that the parcels will be collect and delivered, only the day. This means that it can be anytime between 8 am and 6 pm. In my case the packages arrived before me in Barcelona. I had to improvised and bother friends. Also the packages were left in th hall of the building, not in my place in the 2nd floor. I would suggest Ecoparcel only in the case that someone has the chance to spend two full days at home: collection day and delivery day. Otherwise it is better to book with another provider with more detail and compromise about the time.

sono passati a prendere il pacco un giorno dopo quello previsto, per fortuna qualcuno poteva essere presente anche l'indomani. il pacco è arrivato presto e tutto era intatto. super economico. consigliatissimo
