I used ecoparcel for a pick up in France & delivery in Belgium. Unfortunately the pick up did not go smoothly: the parcel was not picked up as agreed & only after my own follow up (there is no manual or automatic follow up on the ecoparcel's side) & chasing ecoparcel, this was eventually picked up 3 days later. Delivery did not happen within 1-3 days, but it took 6 days. Customer service was not helpful at all & there is no commitment for delivery terms, these were the exact words I received from customer service: The shipping timeline on our page is only an estimate and not a guarantee. There is also no compensation for the inconvenience or the work you need to do yourself to chase ecoparcel.

We paid for the service at around 8 a.m. as we planned to ship the order today, but no label has been provided, even after contacting customer support. We are requesting a refund so we can use a different supplier, as we need to ship it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we received no support or willingness to help from your team.

Unfortunately I am having too many pick-up failures and delivery failures with the carriers. I have already had to spend €40 in cab fare to pick up parcels from the carrier's office, and it appears that I will have to spend another €40 to drop off parcels at the carrier's office because they have failed to collect the parcels on two days already despite booking them in advance.

Good service, great value for money, easy to use.
