Alle BewertungenYour have failed to pick up an large shipment for 266 euros from France to Denmark and I have continously been lied to bny your customer service agents. I have on many occasions been promised to escalate the matter to a supervisor but the case is unsolved as yet. Last time the excuse was that the shipment was over 28 days now and no refund could be made. It was over 28 days because of YOUR LACK OF SERVICE. I was going to use Ecoparcel for our push into Europe, but you are literally a lying bunch of people, and I we just don´t have neither the time or patience to work on issues that should be very easy to handle. If I could give you minus stars, I would, because I hate being lied to

We are truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and understand how disappointing this experience has been.
To clarify the events: we received three support tickets regarding this shipment. According to confirmation from our local partner in France, the courier attempted collection on the scheduled pickup date and again the following day. On both occasions, the courier contacted the shipper by phone and was informed that the shipment was not ready for collection. These attempts were recorded by the driver.
Following your complaint, we escalated the case to the management of the local depot in Beaumont-les-Valence. The depot management reviewed the matter, including the driver’s call logs, which confirmed that the pickup attempts were made as reported.
That said, despite the above and in the interest of customer goodwill, we made an exception and issued a full refund for this shipment.
We would like to note, for the sake of transparency, that under our agreed terms and conditions, collection costs are incurred once pickup attempts are made.
Customers also have the option to submit a "Refund request" or to "Rebook the collection" for a €5 fee; neither of these options was selected in this case.
We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

If it goes well, ok, it goes well but you need to still stay on top of the track and tracing. If it goes wrong, which is does quite often; with no-shows of drivers for example, the support service is a nightmare. Slow responses and often hiding behind their "flexible cancellation" policy or their logistic partner. If you don't add those 3 euros on each parcel, you always end up paying for cancellation, for rebooking, etc, etc.. It's time consuming to add orders at the platform and business profile is for large volumes per week which most small entrepreneurs don't have. Up to now, only 20% of the parcels arrived within estimated delivery date. Overall the most competitive pricing for heavy parcels, that's probably the only reason why I continue the use of the platform.
Parcel number 988887897182 was not delivered to us, it was delivered to someone else. Because I received an email notification: Parcel was delivered and signed by Lubovska. I don't know this lady. I called the GLS customer service line and the operator gave me the courier's phone number. I called the courier and he said that he doesn't deliver in Rovinka. The parcel is lost. Please find our parcel and deliver it to us.

I dont trust this company anymore.They have misplaced my parcel and it is impossible to get a solution. It is mean to be 24 hours response and when they response there is no solution. No one reply all nonsense
