They lost one of the suitcase that i sent and i am still waiting for any answer. I can't understand how if i provided them a photo of the suitcase they couldn't find it.

Only remark is the too big time range for collection and delivery. But the service was excellent and fast.

I was googling curiers amd came across this one. After reading many reviews, I decided to try them. After getting a quote that was reasonable, I ordered the parcel to be picked up. Unfortunately there is no information about the actual boxes/bags/cartons that one can use. It only said that one should not use a luggage bag because they dont travel well. All that information came once I weighed the parcel and had packed everything and payed for it. It was very good, quick pickup amd delivery without trouble. I sent parcels from Italy to England. If they raise the price, I wont hire them again, but for now, I for sure recomend this company!!

worst company ever. would not recommend or use. collection was good but it went downhill from there. Got notified twice that items were out for delivery, spent 72h at home waiting for the boxes as it said i would be delivered between 8 and 18. Boxes never arrived. Tried to get in touch with them through all possible channels, not a single answer. My advise is to pay a bit more but use a reliable source, It is incredible that a company handling your goods does not have a reliable customer service or a phone number
