All arrived just fine and fast

Excellent service, their employees are really professional and they make sure you get your parcel safe and sound. This is the second time I use their service and in both times everything has been ok. I would definitely recommend Ecoparcel to anyone.

Good service. The only time i used it was timely and reliable.

Parcel collected over two weeks ago for delivery in the U.K. Website shows the parcel as being in Belgium (9 days ago) forget the 1 working day response to e-mails, I've sent two, and neither have been answered (in a week) Parcel tracking went from delivered then back to collected (in Spain). My advice, spend a few euros more for a much better service - never again!

I sent my parcel from one place to another in Spain and they delivered it in one day, that's amazing! And it's also helpful to receive the email with the information where is your parcel now etc

The service is reliable, quick and readable. There is space still need to be improved such as contacting the customer in advance via the phone, make sure the customer is available at a certain time. It is very stupid the customers have to reserve the entire day without a particular schedule.

This is the third parcel I asked with the company, I really appreciate the service provided by Melissa, she is always willing to help!
