It was very cheap and quick!! But I had't any information about when I was going to receive the pack, so... Lucky me someone was at home when it cames, because if not... I could lost my stuff.

I am very dissapointed in the way Liza handled this situation. It appeared to me that she saw the fact that one of the three boxes I sent was missing more as a detail, rather than something serious. I was very worried and based on her (vague, delayed and uncomplete) replies I did not have any trust that she would do everything she could to find back my box. The reason my box was finally delivered at the right address was only due to the good actions of a lady in the south of Italy, to whom the box was (wrongly) delivered. She contacted me directly and as soon as she realized that it was my box, she made sure that it was picked up by GLS and brought to Rome. If it wasn't for this lady, the box probably would have been reported missing and I would've never received it. The fact that your company had no idea where (and in which country) the box was shows that you are not in control of the situation when something goes wrong. Furthermore I find it strange that your company did not detect this error by itself. If one of the packages dissapears from the tracking systems, this should ring a bell. I do expect some sort of compensation from your company, because what happened here and especially the way you handled it and communicated with me is unacceptable in my opinion. I would like to file an official complaint.

The parcel delivery was supposed to be there 3 or 4 days before than it was eventually, therefore I got some complaints from my client unfortunatelly.

First time I used this service and sent from Ireland to Romania. Pickup on time, delivery in 6 days. Box a little damaged but not a problem whatsoever. Very pleased about the service and delivery time. Thank you

I shipped 4 parcels from Ireland to Italy. At first I booked the collection for 1st May. They did not pass by as it was a holiday but I could pick the date from the website and I was not warned about it. They come to collect the parcels on 2nd May and everything arrived on 8th May. Apart from the small misunderstanding with collecting the parcels arrived on time and in a good condition. I have also booked a separate shipping but I cancelled it shortly after. I have asked for a refund and after a week I got all the money back to my bank account. I would rate customer service with 5 stars as they always answered in a prompt and efficient manner.

Everything ok. The parcel was delivered on time. Shipping was from Italy to Belgium.

the box arrived after 13 days :D
