Collection worked perfect although only booked a day in advance. Delivery was fast.

As promised it took 5 days The people that I was in contact were very polite and nice. The phone contact helped the delivery to be smooth

Very good but... I usually use Ecoparcel, and never had any complaints, but it's now the second time that they fail to pick up on the day agreed, and with no notice. I have to check the tracking all the time to make sure they are really coming. Now I started to schedule the pick ups in my work place, because I cannot stay in the house the whole day and then no one comes. Very frustrating. But all the other times the service was really good and fast delivery, and I'm very pleased to work with them. Let's hope this little issue may be solved in the future.

For the first time as i send with ecoparcel not happy as collecting was made for monday and after sending of 20 e-mails was collected on Thursday... Only positiv thing is that is delivered in 8 days....

Slightly squeezed but everything is fine.

Everting was bad, the man that comes to bring the pack was rude and He didn't want to get the pack because it was heavy but I paid for 50 kgs and it was 50 kgs (same story at the delivery). After some emails and calls for understanding where the pack was and different problems for the delivery, the pack finally arrived at the destination but broken with things inside broken too. It was the worst delivery service I ever ever try.

Sent a parcel from Ireland to Italy, got the best price with Ecoparcel. They collected it when they said, no printing of labels, and delivered it safely. I would use them again.

I was obliged to take one of my 4 packages to take it from the 5th floor until GLS Van because the employee was angry about not elevator in my loft! Then Ecoparcel customer service didn't answer at all at my question about one luggage almost lost!

Dont keep appointments. Courier doesnt give you any answer. Hard to find to get anything to customer service. When you actually get there, you dont get any reply. Cant recommend in any way
