i was told due to poor service I would receive a refund once my parcel finally arrived, this was advised on here, a public forum When enquiring to customer service when would I receive it, Liza told me I wouldn't receive a refund as my parcel was finally delivered..... This sounds like lack of communication in the company....

Quick and reliable service from Italy to Poland

It started "with the wrong food", when the courier picked the package (52kg) and didn't have any kind of lift; it developed even worst, when the package was delivered without transmitting my phone and email to the destination courier... I had to rent a car to pick up my package at the last day and... box damaged... really unacceptable!

Picked up on Tuesday in Spain and delivered on Friday in the UK, better service would be impossible to find.

I am very satisfied with the service. I have sent parcel from Ireland to Latvia. It was picked up after one day after I made a request. Parcel was delivered in 10 days. It was possible to track the parcel. One thing to improve: it wasn't written anywhere when they can pick the parcel, there was no communication at all, was a bit worried if I will miss it or noone will come at all. I would recommend this company :) thank you!
