Ecoparcel is one horrible company. From the two packages that I have sent from Holland to Poland, one only arrived. The second one is somewhere, although it says it was delivered it was not. Customer support is unavailable, they ignore messages and it feels like playing hide and seek with them .

I strongly advise you never to use ecoparcel. I got "Delivery problem - Wrong address" and there is no info anywhere. I don't have carrier contact details, I have no customer service phone number....nothing. Worst service ever!

I'd definitely recommend Ecoparcel! Chep and quick (collected on Monday in Ireland and arrived on Friday in Italy!). The wait for collection was a bit long (arrived at 5.45, but it's worth it! Only neg point - no reference number in case you need to call! Thanks :)

The delivery service was ok. Parcels collected and delivered on time. But the inability to provide my uk mobile as the contact number caused me a major problem (had to be a local number). I was also unhappy that there was no contact telephone or even for support which I needed as I wanted to provide additional info on collection. The lack of support is likely to stop me using this company again.
