Service was fast and precise. I sent two packages from Czech Republic on Thursday and on Tuesday they arrived to Italy. I would recommend this service and would use it again in future. I gave 4 star just because I would have had more and clearer info in the shipping tracking. But apart from that, everything went well.

Pick up time & delivery times are some what stuck in the 80's ( between 8am - 6pm) no narrower time gape nor in an advance alert is possible for the non business customers. Otherwise delivery was successful, good and significantly cheaper then all other web explored options. Would deffenatly recommend Ecoparcel delivery services to my friends.

excellent service great price and fast delivery

Poor service between Sweden and Denmark. Ecoparcel couldn't collect my parcel in 15 days from sender and I had to cancel it. They gave me a reason that they do not directly operate between this countries and I had to contact another compny to give information about this order. They told me this after 10 days of order when I requested the reason for delay. During the order there was a message on the system that says the item will be delivered in 1 to 3 days and there were no any other message on what the sender has to do next except to stay at home on the day of collection. (Update) Unfortunately this company is much more weaker than I thought before. Because they stated the reason for cancellation was due to the absence of the shipper which is a total misinformation. Too much disappointment☹

The package was fetched one day after as agreed, but the communication with the service was pretty good. The package took less than 5 days from Sweden to Germany! Very good value for the price! Thumbs up!
