Excellent! Thank you

The courier didn't pick up the parcel at the agreed date and I didn't receive any notification for the delay. They came the following day, though. I would have appreciated a notification, as the person who delivered the parcel to the courier had to spend 2 full days waiting at home. Other than that, I had a positive experience, the parcel and the products in it arrived intact, even the more fragile ones (bottles of wine).

Fas, cheap and convenient :)

fast, reliable parcel was shipped in 2 days.

Always trust ecoparcel to collect and deliver my parcel on time Perfect pickup and always delivered on time if not before Great value for money I recommend this firm to all my friends that ship to Spain

was really good and fast!!

Used for the first time. Excellent, collected on the day arranged. Was delivered within the time quoted. Very competitive price. Easy to follow online booking. If they maintain this standard of service they will be my first choice of courier.

After more than one month I am still waiting for my refund. I am totally sure I am not going to recommend or use this company any more. I feel absolutely frustrated. Nobody answers my emails and, of course, there is no phone where you can call. Any advice will be welcome

Great experience. Everything arrived without damage and on schedule. Completely satisfied by the service

Thank you so much. Excellent service from door to door. Arrived parcel on time. It would be good if they allow some amount of liquid like perfumes, facewash etc. But anyway I am happy with the service, expected delivery time and quality.
