Absolutely fantastic service!

Easy booking, parcel was collected on time, but the delivery took a lot longer than planned. More than two weeks from France to Germany

This package shipment went definitely worse than the other time. 1. Shipment from Sweden to Finland should last 1-3 days based on the information from the website, while in my case it lasted 8 days (and could be longer if not my intervention). 2. There is very little information given in a parcel tracking. So I didn't know what day should I wait for the courier, neither could I find any contact to parcel shop in order to arrange a delivery. I managed to do it only through GLS services that were used by Ecoparcel. I managed to get in contact with Ecoparcel service desk also, but it was some time after I managed to contact the parcel shop different way. (It would be helpful to have also a possibility of phone call).

Very easy to use website made booking my packages simple. Collection was prompt and courteous, delivery to the UK was incredibly quick! Less than 4 days and the online tracking updates were accurate and comprehensive. Price was the best I found and I would happily recommend Ecoparcel to anyone wanting excellent service and value for money.

This was the second time I used Ecoparcel to post from Italy to UK and in both occasion Ecoparce provided a great delivery service. This time I posted two boxes of 30 kgs with inside ceramic pates and dinner service set. I must say that the ceramic set was professionally packed, however the boxes arrived in one week and amazingly nothing was damaged inside the boxes. Considering the price I paid and the prompt international delivery I highly recommend Ecoparcel for international deliveries.

I didn't receive my box, they pretented I did. I tried to contact them but no phone number and they don't answer to my queries... The customer support is not efficient at all, they never answered to me and I am still waiting for them to tell me the process to be paid pack. I had valuable clothes inside my box and no news about it... I receive two boxes of 3, they arrived on time but they delivered in my garden without any notice that they were there... i really don't recommend Ecoparcel!!!
