Ok service, but I had to wait for two days at home before they came to pick up the parcel, as they don't call you when the currier is coming. The price is very competitive!

I give 3 stars because I was waiting for the box to be picked up on the date scheduled, but no one came. I called the delivery company, and they told me that the pick up date that appeared in their system was scheduled for the day after,.meaning that I had to stay another full day at.home without going to work.

The message says my box is already at the destination but it´s not. I am waitting for they answer because they just told they will chek it. I had to write them twice

Very bad company. I ordered 2 shipments. Both were canceled without reason, and money was not refunded yet. They keep my money for use in other future shipments.

Everything as expected. 2 parcels sent from Portugal to Czech Republic in 6 workdays. Both arrived at the same time and in perfect shape. Recommended!

I would definitely recommend this company. Price and service is far much better than ordinary companies, definitely more efficient. Before collection they phone me to ensure I was home. Before delivery they phone the receiver but they couldn't get hold of them so they whatsapp them later in the day to arrange a time for the next day. All the parcels arrived in two days and in perfect conditions.

That eas correct pick up time and quick delivery all the time i used the service. Communication exellent ! Thx !
