Quick and cheap, I liked it cuz it was quick and the guy called me before coming. The package reached the destination in less then a week and the guy called also the destination.

Everything went smooth from the order online to the delivery. I would honestly recommend!

It is a good service, on-time. But they forgot to put my name on the packages so that made it a bit troublesome to prove it was my package as I live in a student dorm. But overall it is a good service and I would recommend it in the future.

Ecoparcel did a really good job during all the reservation, so probably I will continue to use it in the future and I would recommend this company to al the persons. Thank you very much

My parcels were collected the 8th of September and were supposed to arrive in Paris the 12th of September. It is already 10 days delayed and Ecoparcel is saying that they have problems to delivery, even if the address given is correct. My friends who requested this service using another company have received their stuff on time, even if they are living in the same students residence as me and have given the same address I gave to Ecoparcel. Therefore, I strongly advice you to look for other companies if you want to request this service. I still don't have my parcels, that contained objects really useful for my daily life, including my blanket, and now I got sick because buying a new blanket is out of my budget.

Dear Ecoparcel, You collected my parcel on the 21st of August in France ( Nantes). The parcel arrived in Hungary I was waiting at home 7 days long because you were writing me that it will arrive tomorrow, tomorrow and so on..... GLS didn't try to deliver to me at all, and they sent my parcel back to France. After you promised me that you will organise a second delivery ... It didn't happen.... After this you refuse to answer my emails, you banned me on Facebook... and your client service email address is not working anymore. GLS customer service doesn't know where is my parcel. PLS TELL ME THE ADDRESS OF MY PARCEL OR ORGANISE A SECOND DELIVERY!!!!!! I WANT MY PERSONAL THINGS. SHOULD I GO ON A LEGAL WAY TO GET THEM??? and do not try to ban again my comment here... I have proof about everything I screenshotted all of your messages to me, all of your Facebook comments! BE FAIR WITH YOUR COSTUMERS!!!! If you wish I can let here every day a comment that your service is bad, or you can just call GLS and transport me my parcel.....
