I cannot praise this company enough, tracking information from pick to delivery beyond expectations and package delivered unmarked in the condition in which it was collected as I was present at pick up and delivery locations. Excellent....thankyou.

I need to tell you that I am really surprised about service witch I've got from Ecoparcel. I was thinking that EcoParcel is scam, but it is not. The only negative thing about EcoParcel is that they are not answering to mail or messages fast and that they does not have right transit time (I was waiting 8 days for packet but It should come in 3-5 days I think). I think the quality/price ratio is worth 5 stars :D Thank you EcoParcel

Excellent service. The two parcels got to Italy from Ireland on time (but not in the same day). They were in very good conditions. I am happy of the service of ecoparcel.

helpful Customer Service, fast international shipping (monday pick up in south Italy - Friday deliver in north Holland), good value for money. The only drawback is that insurance covers only a limited number of items, but thats fair with the price i would say.

Lost my parcel, stop responding Ecoparcel lost my parcel, and completely stopped responding to my mails. They refunded me the shipment costs, but this is not even a fraction of the value I sent. Claims policy is a complete scam: I even purchased the extra insurance, but you can only claim reimbursement if you have complete invoices for all the things you sent. They were personal things, books, toys and clothes, some memorabilia, that have been with us for years - of course we don't have invoices for them. So our things were lost, and we get nothing back. I would caution against using this company, or know exactly what risk you're taking
