They did exactly and well. Only problem they are too aggressive with advertising and giving you some prices that they automatically switch to the next higher level once you are online on their booking site. Mostly the higher price is set off by the discount for your first parcel.

Efficiency and speed

Hi, You could correct the delivery time mentioned during the order. When I ordered the parcel it was written that the delivery would take between 2 and 4 days. I received it in more than week. I made the order on October 23th, the parcel was taken on October 25th, and it was delivered on November 3th, in the post office. The courier did not contact me on the phone and there was no even attempt to deliver it at home. Something more, I could not understand why, according to the tracking information, the parcel stayed 3 days in Germany.
