Good service and communication. Was delivered within predicted time. Recommend and defiantly will use again.

The courier didn't call the telephone number to access the the collection point. This made loose us a lot of time and after multiple tries we had to displace the collection point.

I didn’t know what to expect! Left my sunglasses in my hotel in Italy and wanted to have it back but not for 50 euro or more. After some searching I came at eco parcel. They picked it up for 17,50 and I got 5 euro reduction on first fright. 4 days later got my sunglasses back all as promised. During these days I could easily follow the track and trace. I’m very positive about the service ecoparcel provided

Dear Ecoparcel, Good service and good parcel conditions at delivery. The only issue is the too wide delivery window - from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.- and no notification pre-collection (they don't call 30min/1h before the collection).

Avoid this company like the plague!I sent 5 parcels from UK to Spain in September 2017.4 parcels arrived of which one was severely damaged.The 5 the parcel has been confirmed as lost.I supplied receipts and photographic evidence of said damage and lost parcel and claimed on their insurance which I took out;. when placing my order.All communications by email ceased on October 26th!I have repeatedly asked about my claim.Trading standards are now involved and have instructed me to write and send a registered letter setting out my claim.This I have done,without response from Eco parcel.My next step is to instigate a small claims court action.The way I have been treated is far from satisfactory and I am substantially out of pocket; having to replace and reship afore said items.Keep this firm at arm's length.They may be cheap but in my experience,expensive in the long run.Roy Kennedy Having been contacted by ecparcel,requesting more details;I forwarded them.As advised by trading standards I sent registered letter to follow up my claim for compensation.Eco parcel refused to sign for my letter and it was returned today by post office.What a shoddy uncaring company they show themselves to be.See you in court Ecoparcel!!!

Great service. The best
