Ireland (Rep.) to a rural area in the UK, no probs. GLS couriers from Ireland to the UK and within the UK the courier was Parcel Force (part of Royal Mail, I think). All worked out just fine.

I am still waiting for the courier to come picking up my boxes. I am waiting till yesterday, no calls from the courier and no reply from the customer service. I need my boxes to be collected asap. I will not recommend to anyone to use your services since the assistance is the worst I never had in my life and there is no way to contact you directly. If till this night nobody contacts me, I will request a refund and for sure continue to put bad reviews on you.

El paquete fue recogido en España y transportado hasta Suecia con una gran rapidez, pero la entrega en la ciudad sueca solo fue posible gracias a nuestro esfuerzo y tenacidad.No pudo ser entregado en la dirección acordada tuvimos que optar por recogerlo en un Parcel shop. Aunque aparentemente el aspecto de la caja parecia bueno, dos objetos interiores estaban abollado y uno roto Está claro que lo lanzaron o lo trataron con violencia.

Spedizione celere ma non accurata. Le lattine che contenevano olio sono arrivate a destinazione ammaccate. Non osiamo pensare se fossero state bottiglie. Comunque come prima esperienza.... non male.

Some of the items inside (the one with a softer packaging, like cookies/cakes) were a bit smashed.

The parcel took 8 days to reach its destination, instead of 3-5. Without a tracking number I couldn't check where it was and the customer service was a bit slow. But this is just my first experience with ecoparcel. A part from that it's a good service.

Excellent job! The parcel was taken from my elderly parents house in France in time causing them no stress and was delivered in perfect condition less than a week later to my home in Ireland! Highly recommended and will definitely use again! :-) A+++

1- My sent parcel received after 5 days instead of 2 to 4 days from Malaga to Budapest that estimated. 2- The parcel price was around 500€ but I haven’t any choice to increse my insurance more than 300€ Totaly I am satisfy.
