Easy website, on time pickup and fast delivery

I was disappointed to find out that the company does not have any telephone contact number and the only way of communicating is via email, which makes it much longer. Furthermore, I chose to use the services of this company since in the advertisement it stated that delivery would take 2-4 days. Unfortunately, my parcel was only delivered towards the end of the 5th working day. Since the time was of the essence for me, I was highly disappointed.

Poor handling with my Parcel. Even though I did try to secure the content as good as possible with lots of bubble wrap and tissue, the packer somehow managed to deform my frying pan and other kitchen stuff. The parcel also arrived quiet raddled. Good thing I didn't had any fragil stuff in it.

The parcel was picked up in north of Italy on Friday and delivered in Denmark on Wednesday. It seemed it got a little bit of rain, but it was still in good conditions.

Hi! I am sorry to state that the customer service was horrible. I have scheduled apick up for the 2nd of January. My pick-up did not show up, nor did I get any phone call about why or whether they would come. I have contacted your cutsomer service (Melissa) that assured me that had deemed my pick-up as urgent, and the next day, it would be picked up. So, on the 3rd of January...nobody came to pick up nor was I given any explanation. I have contacted your customer service again, and among apologies, I was assured that the next day it would be solved. So..on the 4th of January... still nobody picked up my package. Only on the 5th of January, 3 days after my scheduled order, was somebody to pick up. Also, the boy who came to pick up informed me that my order had arrived to him that day in the morning. So, if Melissa had been more competent, more insistent with the other firm, and had actually asked with urgency that my package to be picked up, maybe this wouldn't have happened. So, I am sad to say that Customer Service was horrible and EcoParcel should assume the blam for it, because if I pay for a service to happen on the 2nd of january, I want it to happen on the 2nd of January. Not 3days later.

Practically and a great service for shipments at low cost, it will be the thirtieth time I use their services, what to say, perfect, punctual, and excellent communication for any problem. Highly recommended
