First time using Ecoparcel, sent a medium size box after a move, quick and safe delivery

My box was opened as different tape was notice and no one said anything I don’t know if that’s normal.

Great service and low price, it delivered in a few days. I would recommend to anyone. The box was a little bit damaged on it’s edges, but everything inside was ok.

I can not reach out to Ecoparcel support online and I can not reach out to the shipping company. I saw on the tracker that the package is out for delivery, but no-one called me to agree on a certain time when I can get the package. I don't have a clue what is happening with my package. The whole shipping chain needs to work well for a good service.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact you have to have a number from the country u send the packages and also from the country you where you wanna receive them. In my case, i was sending from sweden and the driver didn't pick up the packages on the day we schedule because he didn't found the house and refused to call to my portuguese number.. Had to find a Swedish number and to book the pick up day again. Anyway, the service was pretty good, they answer back really fast and are really helpful and friendly. I recommend it!
