I got to know ecoparcel.eu through a friend who had previous positive experiences with this shipping company. It was very easy to interface with the website and to arrange for the collecting of the two boxes I was to send. Price was also more than accesible and really appropriated for the service offered. The parcels arrived on time and in perfect state, which was something I was a little worried about in the beginning since they contained LP records and fragile objects as well. I will definetly consider Ecoparcel my first option whenever I'll have to ship stuff again.

The guy that collected my parcel was quite rude and he refused to come upstairs to take my box. I was a bit injured and I asked him to help me at least but he refused again. I received the box in italy after 4 days. Great time and cheap

They were quick. The page for inserting parcel dimensions cancelled my fields a couple of time and could be improved. Very efficient customer service.

The company was late 1 day to take the parcel, then after 8 days of waiting to get the parcel to the current country, they gave it back to the address that it was shipped from without any explanation. They gave back the money and do not answer to the letters. The stuff that was in parcel was very important for business and as they confirm they ship item within 4-6 days to the current country. I'm very disappointed, do not recommend this company.

Ils m'on récupérés 3 colis avec 10 jours de retard. 10 jours plus tard je n'ai pas d'informations. Il s'agit de 3 colis de 30 kg. Impossible d'avoir un support client. Ils répondent 5% du temps et toujours 100% à côté de la question Possible que cette société soit en difficultés financières. Ne vous vous faites pas avoir
