I hoestly was not sure my parcel of 20kg would arrive from Luxembourg to spain but was surprise of the efficiency of this service despite the bad reviews. a relief !!

Really good price and really fast delivery. It only took 4 days for my parcels to get from Austria to Spain. They also work with good delivery companies, such as GLS, in which you know you can trust. The boxes got to their destiny in perfect state. The only thing in which I think they still have to get better is in the possibility of tracking your parcels so you are aware in every moment of where they are. But everything else is perfect.

I've received the parcel but the service in Spain made by GLS is horrible, we literally had to beg them to deliver to our house, usually Spanish GLS makes you go and pick up the parcel in their shop. Croatian GLS functions flawlessly. Also, customer service from Ecoparcel is nonexistent.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Ecoparcel and will definitely use it again and also recommend them. The booking process was clear and easy. the parcels were picked up on time (Spain) and delivered one day earlier that the estimated time (Denmark). The delivery man (GLS) phoned before the time to check if I am home and delivered the boxes inside my home. Thank you Ahmed. Highly recommend Ecoparcels
