I am in a need to use these serveces a few times a year. This is the 2nd time my parcel had problems. First time it was delayed collection and now it took 6 days longer for it to be delivered-and that is with me chasing ut up numerous times. Disappointed and annoyed, will need a new currier

I was used to use Ecoparcel, but the last experience was horrible! I have been waiting for the collection of my parcel for one full week, everyday the updates were showing that the user was not at home for the collection, while no one (from courriers team) ever came to pick it up. I sent lot of messages during the days to the Ecoparcel support, I received zero answers and no support at all (it is so difficult to have a proper and imminent answer, and no way to talk with a human by phone). The only answer arrived when, my parcel collection was cancelled. Besides the thousands of complaints, the support offered me a 6€ refund on my account balance, which has never arrived. I don't know if you, Ecoparcel, have issues in the systems or whatever in the collection, but this experience is impacting me and the one I have always suggested to use the service. Not fair at all, not professional at all.
