The package arrived late, in a different box than the one I used and the things inside were just randomly put. 2 cups have broken in the shipment and also one jar. With all the others delivery, eco parcel service was very satisfactory, on time and nothing (even the breakable objects) was out of place. However, this time it has been lacking, late and disappointing.

I have been using their services for many years and I always received my packages within 1 week. I planned shipping for Italy, the Netherlands , Czech Republic and Germany. I sometimes had problems with the pick up (postponed or cancelled) but in the end we always managed to reorganize the shipping. This time, from South Italy to Berlin it only took 6 calendar days. I'm overall happy, thank you!
