Excellent service.
Courrier picking up the parcel called 2 days in advance to schedule collection.
At receival driver was very kind and called also in advance. A bit of challenges finding the delivery place but very kind and patient. Excellent service!

Way better than expected!
Parcels arrived after just 6 days (with a weekend in between), in good conditions, from Sweden to Italy. I totally recommend :)

J ai eu un doute en faisant appel à eux vu les commentaires laisser.
Pas de souci de mon coté.. départ le jour choisit et colis bien arrivee.
Le bémol pas d info sur l heure de passage.. le livreur appelé 2min avant.. voilà sinon pas de souci .transport France irlande

Great service at the best price. This is the second time I use Ecoparcel to send my parcels abroad. Everything arrived on time. I will use their services again

Arrived in time, price is good; however, the box was damaged, it had been opened, and not sealed properly again, resulting in a couple of smaller items being lost. Luckily, I did not send it directly to the customer. Now I have to replace the box, which cost me €15.

Lately your service is unacceptable, a package which usually arrives in 48 hours, has just arrived after 10 days... The package was completely damaged, not to mention the delay which was unacceptable. Service clients are always very "understanding", except the fact that they are unable to take responsibility for the delays, we have never received any compensation for the huge delay. We always receive the same sentences from them "we understand your frustration". Just to be clear,we are not frustrated, but very very tired of your low quality service... Seems to be obliged to search for another courier service...
