Il pacco è stato consegnato ad un loker che dista più di 8 chilometri da quello indicato nel documento di spedizione, in un luogo praticamente accettabile solo se si dispone di un' auto. Se il loker indicato non era effettivamente disponibile, mi sarei aspettata una soluzione meno disagevole

I used ecoparcel for a pick up in France & delivery in Belgium. Unfortunately the pick up did not go smoothly: the parcel was not picked up as agreed & only after my own follow up (there is no manual or automatic follow up on the ecoparcel's side) & chasing ecoparcel, this was eventually picked up 3 days later. Delivery did not happen within 1-3 days, but it took 6 days. Customer service was not helpful at all & there is no commitment for delivery terms, these were the exact words I received from customer service: The shipping timeline on our page is only an estimate and not a guarantee. There is also no compensation for the inconvenience or the work you need to do yourself to chase ecoparcel.
