A pesar de haber contratado servicio puerta a puerta, dejaron la caja de 15kg en un punto de entrega a 2km de distancia. El repartidor no llamó ni al timbre ni al teléfono de contacto. Lamentable, contratas y pagas una cosa, no cumplen y no dan solución niguna.

No lo llevaron al domicilio pese a contratar (y pagar) puerta a puerta,han tenido que ir a buscarlo

Good afternoon,
You've provided address in Bulgaria in Spanish format, including "Piso" etc.
Couriers in Bulgaria aren't familiar with that and couldn't find the address, based on the postcode provided, they delivered to closest Parcelshop to collect from it.

Update:
No, you have entered words in Spanish in Bulgarian address. It's not found on google or maps. So yes, the postcode was correct, hence courier was able to deliver to approximately close parcelshop.
