I payed for the house delivery but the delivery was sent to a locker (and I was home all day)

I am extremely dissatisfied with EcoParcel’s service. Everything started badly from the very beginning, at the order placement stage. I scheduled a pickup for a specific day, but no one showed up and no explanation was given. I tried to contact the company through multiple channels and received absolutely no response. The lack — or rather the extremely poor quality — of customer support is astonishing. Despite having a live chat on their website and opening several support tickets, I was either ignored, received no replies at all, or had my tickets closed without any resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable. After a lot of effort, I finally managed to get the parcel picked up. However, once the shipment started, the problems continued. The parcel went back and forth unnecessarily and exceeded the estimated delivery time. What makes this even more frustrating is that I sent three other parcels with exactly the same specifications, collected from the same location, at the same time, and sent to the same country/region. While the others arrived normally, this one was delayed by almost a full week. Once again, I attempted to contact customer support, but it was pointless. The only responses I received were vague and dismissive, basically telling me to “just wait,” without any real explanation or attempt to help. Overall, my experience with EcoParcel has been extremely disappointing. Poor communication, terrible customer support, missed pickups, and unreliable delivery times make this a service I cannot recommend.

The package was taken on time and arrived on the expected day. However, I don't give full stars because the package was not delivered to me, despite I stayed home all day. They never ring the bell (which works perfectly) or tried to contact me by phone (which they had), but delivered instead the package on the doorstep of a neighbor (whose name does not even correspond to the receipt signature, so could have been in principle difficult to track down).

Parcel collected in the indicated time slot and delivery arrived before the expected time. Fast, easy and cheap
