Yet another great experience with EcoParcel. Quick order processing, parcel was picked up on time and delivered promptly, and all this for a great price. That's why you're always my first choice with package deliveries. One thing I would improve is maybe the contact options - there is no phone number and the online contact form sometimes doesn't work, but Facebook customer service was helpful, prompt and courteous. Keep up the great work!

When you do your payment (estrange way to pay) , if you have any question, you wont have the option to speak with somebody, no live chats, no phone numbers, or mails are showed in the web site. The only way is a form that you could fill, but you are not going to receive any answer. Anyway the package arrived on time. I hope this information will be useful for everybody.
The pick up was on a Monday and by Friday was already here. Everything excellent. It was Spain-UK. I used this another times and great as well. 100% recommendable.

I was looking for a service that could pick up a package in Barcelona and would send it to the Netherlands. I've tried with several delivery services but nobody could offer me the service. Finally I saw Ecoparcel website. I had my doubts about using since I never heard of it before but the website was so easy to use it worked perfect!. Delivery went as expected, the tracking system is very useful. Thank you for your service!
