No problems with the collection and the delivery. I will recommend it to other people but there is only one thing I don't really like. It is the fact that you know the day they will collect your boxes but not the time, so you have to wait at home until they arrive. The same happens with the delivery. I received an email saying that the box was out for delivery, so I knew the day, but not the time.

I delivered to the collection point as my house is remote in Spain and takes some finding. Large and awkward package (ceramic painting) so well packed but following the tracking it was easy to see where the package was and let my son know when to expect delivery. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

The timing was perfect and even better than I expected.

Really cheap and really functional. They've taken the package one day after i booked the shipment and delivered it in 3 working days. It also included a tracking number. It's a bang for the buck.

Everything went totally fine. They came to collect my package at the next day, and i got it in 3 days.

Luggage arrived on time and they called me before to be sure I was home.

Had to cancel 1st order as I imputed wrong address and place new order. But still tried to collect 1 st order. Would be handy to be able to edit order online before collection. Website very slow to respond but did receive a phone call to confirm address and order. Which was very professional. All in all, a good service. Will use a again.

I had a few emails with Liza from their support. She was very kind and helpful. I sent my parcel from Denmark to Bulgaria. It traveled with GLS accross Germany->Austria->Hungary->Romania-> for 7 days w/ weekends (5 working days). I know this from the well updated tracking information. Parcel arrived in good condition. Everything was inside. I am happy as an overrall. Thank you.
