Ecoparcel claimed that no one was available when they tried to pick up my shipment from a DSV warehouse. Instead of making a second attempt they cancelled my order without notifying me. When I tried to search for my shipment 10 days later I'm just told to rebook or get a refund. I just wanted my shipment to happen quickly. Very poor customer experience. Their customer service function does not reply to your questions so basically you are left on your own

I was afraid in the beginning after reading some reviews, however I must say that everything was perfect: the collection, the communication and delivery. Everything on time. Even the customer service was very friendly and helpful when I contacted them. I definitely will contact them when I need send anything.

Very fast delivery

Great service, reliable and quick even during Christmas time

Very easy to use, fast delivery. A courier comes to your house and pick up the parcels. I would absolutely recommend it. The only thing I didn´t like is that you cannot agree on a pick up hour, so you need to spend the whole agreed pick-up day at home waiting for the courier.

I thought it was impossible for EcoParcel to arrive within a week... but it did! Right before Christmas, even though it is a more hectic period. Will recommend this to everybody! :)

Reasonably good experience

Everything was fine in the collection but problems with the delivery. I received an email saying the parcel was delivered on Wednesday and I was all they day at home waiting and nothing.... I sent few emails an no answer, very poor customer service. There is not other way of communication than email so I think they need to improve this.maybe online chat? Sent complaint in Facebook too and again not answer.. I had the exact problem with thE first parcel. They are very competitive with the prices but as I said they need an improvement in the customer service. Thank you Raquel

I order my parcel Monday till 12.00 the driver collect next day afternoon, and Friday i can happy for my Christmas gift in Scotland !!! really good service !!! Choose this !!
