There was initial confusion with pick up and the website not updating for 3 days, but after this everything went smoothly. Customer service did respond to my emails to reassure me everything was fine. This time it did take a little longer for my parcel to get to its destination - 9 days, but as long as it got there that was my main concern. I will continue to use ecoparcel as they have the best prices and have been reliable both times previously.

Ecoparcel should improve the collection. For example phoning the clients for collecting the parcels. Before 2017, they phoned me de day before in Pontevedra.

I use this company many time from spain to UK and Europe. Always on time and never any problems. The collection guy is a really nice guy.

Excellent service. Parcel picked up promptly and delivered to the UK in the time frame quoted. We have already passed Ecoparcel details to friends.

Never ever book with Ecoparcel. They don't earn money on deliveries, but on theft. Once you pay a few hundred Euros for their service, they keep your money AND your valuable items. Lost a few thousand Euros for sending 14 packages that never arrived. They never answer your emails. Will leave it to my lawyer now.

It works as a parcel delivery service should, it delivers parcels.

I shipped two packages on tuesday from Sweden and the next monday they arrived in Italy. No problem to report.
