I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a package on Wednesday 8th of Marchand it was supposed to be picked up that Friday 10th. It was not picked up until the following Friday (17th). The web showed that it was picked up on Monday 13th and I could not cancel it to order with a different company (it is an urgent package). Customer service was awfully slow and incompetent in answering my emails (many unanswered ones...) Now I am waiting for delivery and praying it comes this week.

I use two time this delivery from italy to ireland.. I'm very happy for the service..

This is the first time i use this service...and for the fist time i think is too slow..and it's imposible to have a direc contact whith the custemer service atention... thankyou

Missed the delivery but the driver came right back to drop the package. Very convenient and very easy.

Altough I don't like that they don't communicate at what time the courier can come to pick my packets and the costumer service has not a phone number, I can sincerly say the service was excellent!!! great job!

I'm satisfied outstandingly. The delivery was extremly fast and the collection faster the usually. It is only 24 hours from the ordering compare the recent 48 hours. I appreciate it! I hope this tendency will be continued. Good success for your job! Thanks!

This is a super-convenient, not so expensive and under-rated delivery service, I was happy they had a courier come in to pick up the parcel, I just had to prepare the parcel (following the instructions in the email they send you right after you've placed the order). only thing is they don't specify the pickup time so you kinda just have to wait with your parcel, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. don't worry about the labels, the courier guy puts it himself and also gives you a receipt label for reference (so you can track your parcel). In my case it said it'd reach in 1-3 days, but it took 4 days in total. I'm happy with this service and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a delivery service within the EU
