Install the app from the BigCommerce Marketplace

Make sure your Ecoparcel account has a default sender address (My Space -> My Addresses)—the integration activates only with one set.
Find Ecoparcel on the BigCommerce App Marketplace and click Install.
Review the requested permissions (Orders, Store information) and approve.

After installation, open the Ecoparcel app from your BigCommerce admin—you’ll be taken to Ecoparcel.
Log in to (or create) your Ecoparcel account; the store is linked automatically and the integration shows Active in My Integrations.

In Ecoparcel, go to My Orders, select the Unfulfilled tab and click Manage -> Sync Orders to import orders awaiting fulfilment or shipment.
Once your parcel ships, a shipment with the tracking number and tracking link is added to the BigCommerce order automatically.

In Ecoparcel, open Integrations -> BigCommerce and copy your Connection key (shown once the integration is Active).
In BigCommerce admin, go to Settings -> Shipping, open a shipping zone and connect the Ecoparcel carrier.
Paste your Connection key into the carrier's connection settings and save—BigCommerce verifies the key with Ecoparcel automatically.
Your buyers now see live Ecoparcel delivery options at checkout—best value first, VAT included, in your store currency. Keep product weights filled in, as they drive the pricing.
