Esperienza eccellente, interfaccia facile ed intuitiva, corriere velocissimo e professionale. Utilizzo Ecoparcel da 3 anni e devo che ultimamente è migliorata tantissimo. Da migliorare solamente la prenotazione nel weekend del pick up il giorno seguente dopo quello festivo in quanto non viene effettuata. Del resto pacchi arrivati in perfette condizioni e velocemente. Bravi continuate con i miglioramenti che state andando bene :)

long delivery time - 7 days from spain to Denmark

I researched on Ecoparcel after I had booked their service to pick up my parcel from France and have it delivered to Spain. To be honest, initially, I was quite concerned after reading some of the negative feedback from disgruntled customers on Ecoparcel's Facebook page. So I sent them a message on Facebook, expressing my concern about these reviews and the fact that it was quite an urgent and time-sensitive order and I hoped the parcel would arrive on time. Their customer service representative responded within 24 hours, reassuring me that they would take good care of it. I tracked the parcel every day on their website (updated regularly) and made sure that my friend was home all day for the pick-up. It was picked up on the exact date that they had promised. A few days later, it arrived safely and in perfect condition in Spain. Thank you, Ecoparcel for your professionalism and great customer service! I'm one happy customer and will recommend your services to my contacts.

Have used this service on a few occasions now and am happy to give a glowing report. Updates received at very stage of the process. Expected delivery of 1-3 days was delivered in 2 days. Big thumbs up to Ecoparcel

Good value for money and tracking available at all times

The service is good and fast, it should be noted tat on 6 parcels shipped 3 have arrived not in perfect condition as they open during the trip whith something missing

Awful. Awful. Awful. You didn't pick up my parcel 3 times in 2 weeks, I lost 3 holidays to stay at home waiting for no one, finally you delivered a parcel in Italy which is not mine (actually my parcel is still here with me in Denmark) , honestly I don't know where you picked up it and when. Terrible, awful. I lost my money I guess. Unbelievable . Compliments! I give up.

Cheeap but package can be handled with more care...

I've now had two experiences with ecoparcel and we are 0 for 2. The first time they didn't deliver on the day that they were "out for delivery" and the customer service people continued to tell us not to leave the house for the next five days because "it's out for delivery." The parcel came on day 8. The second time, we scheduled a pick up for the day before we left our holiday rental (today), and we've seen no one. Now we will be waiting at the post office tomorrow for it to open and hope that we are able to still make it to our train. I have nothing good to say about this company. Stay away.
