The service was very good. Parcel collection was made on time, delivery also between 4-6 days and all goods arrived in perfect condition.

The courrier did not collect the parcel at the agreed time. This happened twice (I had to raise two tickets for sending out one parcel). When the courrier arived (one day later), he said to the receptionist that he would not collect the parcel because it was too heavy. When the receptionist told him that the parcel had been weight and it was 32 Kg, then he decided to collect it. All these delays and troubles caused a big waste of time, on the top of a certain annoyance. Finally, when the parcel arrived, we found a 70% of the objects broken, despite the fact that they were packed carefully, following the indications reported on Ecoparcel webpage.

Sadly it's a hit and miss. My first order was perfect but the current one is simply a huge big mess. They were supposed to come yesterday to collect the parcel, nothing happened and when I contacted the customer support (no number provided, so everything takes a lot of time), after a few hours they simply said that they would contact the depot and then stopped replying. I'm moving out today and after several attempts to make contact and ask them what I'm supposed to do with this parcel, I got no replies and the order is simply in Out for Collection state. There is simply no way to contact either them or the courier in real time. It's a pity, but I strongly suggest to use another service if you really need to make sure that the collection process goes smoothly (who doesn’t want to though?). === Update after getting a comment here on TrustPilot (It's a short version of what I told them on their internal ticketing system that I post here for transparency) It's noon and no replies except on TrustPilot. Honestly, I'm very disappointed that there's no direct contact to sort this out in real time, there's no way to edit my order to specify a different address, there is basically no way to know what is going on. This is causing me major issues and I am sorry, but the score on TrustPilot right now is the least of my concerns. To be clear, the problem is not the fact that a collection might be delayed, the problem is the total lack of transparency on what's going on and how a missed/delayed collection is being dealt with. === Update six days later The old order has been cancelled and I've been refunded. I've then created a new order and today the parcel hasn't been collected again for lack of time. It starts feeling like a joke but hopefully it'll be collected tomorrow.

Good, cheap, but delivery time could be more specific. If I would find company for the same price and more time specific, I would change it right away. I did not like the idea to be home all day, just in case I would miss driver. This is the only bad thing. Otherwise all good. That's why I dont give 5star, because of time. Thank you
