excellent service great price and fast delivery

Poor service between Sweden and Denmark. Ecoparcel couldn't collect my parcel in 15 days from sender and I had to cancel it. They gave me a reason that they do not directly operate between this countries and I had to contact another compny to give information about this order. They told me this after 10 days of order when I requested the reason for delay. During the order there was a message on the system that says the item will be delivered in 1 to 3 days and there were no any other message on what the sender has to do next except to stay at home on the day of collection. (Update) Unfortunately this company is much more weaker than I thought before. Because they stated the reason for cancellation was due to the absence of the shipper which is a total misinformation. Too much disappointment☹

The package was fetched one day after as agreed, but the communication with the service was pretty good. The package took less than 5 days from Sweden to Germany! Very good value for the price! Thumbs up!

Good Service. No receipt given by the courier that collected the package at my place. The rest of the service was good as expected.

They took the parcels the day I choose in the calendar when I booked. The driver called me when he arrived to the house door. The parcel has arrived in a week, from London to Murcia (Spain), in perfect conditions.

The shipment arrived on time (on 5th day), but the communication process was nerve wracking. First, the agents replied promptly, then, they simply disappeared. There was a lot of politeness, but little actual help. There's no contact phone, only email (now obvious why). Couriers can come any time, so you have to be the whole day at home, during working hours. Even more so, the courier failed to come the day it said it will. So one day sitting at home was wasted, and half of the other day was wasted as well (can't they simply make a call before they come?) All this was accompanied by ignorant communication (polite but ignorant, quite typical for British companies in our experience). Even if the parcel arrived on time, and the price was affordable, it was a very bad experience. Pay a bit more and choose other company.

Collected and delivered in a timely manner, but there is a "T-shaped" cut along side the cartbox, nothing was taken or damaged, but it could have happened. Otherwise good service overall.
