Used for the first time. Excellent, collected on the day arranged. Was delivered within the time quoted. Very competitive price. Easy to follow online booking. If they maintain this standard of service they will be my first choice of courier.

After more than one month I am still waiting for my refund. I am totally sure I am not going to recommend or use this company any more. I feel absolutely frustrated. Nobody answers my emails and, of course, there is no phone where you can call. Any advice will be welcome

Thank you so much. Excellent service from door to door. Arrived parcel on time. It would be good if they allow some amount of liquid like perfumes, facewash etc. But anyway I am happy with the service, expected delivery time and quality.

Claimed the insurance for 2 parcels lost and haven't heard anything for a week. Ecoparcel haven't reacted on anything for app. a month and haven't done anything to solve the problem. A total loss of app. € 420,- (incl. freight). My order was never collected, they had a problem to pick it up for several days, so i got tired of them and asked for a refund. It was 3 weeks ago and i still didn't get my money back. Moreover they don't respond to y e-mails and messages anymore. I guess i will have to initiate a legal process with them. Be careful and never use Ecoparcel, it will be the most unpleasant experience.

Non rispondono più alle mail inviate. Ho dato delega al mio avvocato che ha inviato a ecoparcel lettera raccomandata di messa in mora con successivo ricorso al tribunale europeo. Attendo sempre che venga emesso il rimborso per il pacco smarrito quasi 3 mesi fa. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- They no longer respond to the emails sent. I gave my lawyer a proxy to send a letter of formal notice to ecoparcel with a subsequent appeal to the European Court. I always wait for the refund for the lost package to be issued almost 3 months ago.
